My progress disappeared after reinstalling. Progress syncs through iCloud. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on your iPhone, then open the app and give it a few seconds.

I bought points but didn't get them. Close the app completely and reopen it. Purchases are delivered automatically when the app starts. If they still don't show up, email us.

How do I turn the sound off? Tap the speaker button on the home page or in the corner of the scoreboard.
